MU-FAIMER International Institute for Leadership in Interprofessional Education, Manipal University MUFIILIPE offers a two-year international fellowship in collaboration with Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER), Philadelphia, that emphasizes the development of leadership competencies for interprofessional education and practice. This program is designed to implement interprofessional collaborative projects that are relevant to the health needs of the community. The fellowship includes two annual one week residential sessions at Manipal University and two 11- month online learning sessions following the residential sessions. Eligibility Criteria: Applicants should b affiliated with a higher education institution. Have a graduate or professional degree (e.g., medicine, dentistry, homoeopathy,alternative medicine, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, nutrition, veterinary sciences, agricultural sciences, engineering, humanities, law, social sciences, or management). Have a minimum of five years of work experience as a faculty member following completion of their formal academic training.
