Between 2005 e 2013, we conduct a research work in Liga Homeopática do Rio Grande do Sul, in Porto Alegre, Brazil, called “Study of the effectiveness of Homeopathy in treatment of chronic diseases and behavioral disorders in dogs and cats”. In this study, 96% of patients canines and felines treated by Homeopathy and which were accompanied by more than 6 months, showed significant improvement in relation to its initial condition (i.e., as to diagnosis related to the chief complaint) and in their quality of life, according to the metodology employed and the proposed assessment parameters. Also drew attention the concomitant improvement, in large part of patients, of other clinical and behavioral symptoms, which supports the concept of integral treatment assigned to the homeopathic therapeutic system.
