DESIRE Society is a non-profit voluntary organisation working with a core objective of well-being and health development of children living with HIV/AIDS in India.The organization is functioning with various programs in the field of HIV/AIDS by having presence in Andhra Pradesh,Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Delhi. Now DESIRE is seeking for young and dynamic personnel for immediate recruitment of position Project Coordinator for its project in Delhi (Gurgaon). Job Responsibilities: • To work with organization to develop project wise strategic plan. • Ensure that the planning and implementation of the project is in accordance with the organizational mission, vision and values. • To launch new initiatives, develop, design and facilitate workshops / experiential learning programs on HIV/AIDS at community levels, especially with young people and mentor them • Participatory planning; and Community-based development; • Monitoring and Evaluation, Impact Assessment, reporting; • Capacity building and Institutional strengthening. Skills and Experience: Post Graduate in MSW with social work experience of at least 2 years. Proficient with basic computer programs including MS Office. Good communication and facilitation skills in both regional and English languages. Self motivated with the ability to plan and execute independently. Ability to manage a team of social workers and other teams at assigned projects. Interested in working for social good, with concern for high effectiveness. Remuneration: Negotiable and depends on the candidate’s competence, experience levels.
